CHALLENGE YOURSELF WITH A NEW WORKOUT

As a result, we’ve become a nation of mouth breathers, which can create sleep and health issues, including snoring, sleep apnea, dental decay, and more. It’s no surprise breathwork is trending. By inhaling deeply and focusing on your breath, perhaps with a
class or meditation, you can transform your body’s biochemistry, increasing oxygen in the blood while reducing stress, anxiety, and even chronic pain. It can be as simple as devoting five minutes or so a day to conscious breathwork. (Need somewhere quiet to go? SCHEDULE MIDDAY WORKOUTS TO BOOST ENERGY

One of the most important things you can do for your health is to boost the quality and quantity of sleep you get each night. Doing so can help enhance memory, improve immunity, lower blood pressure, prevent weight gain, and promote a more positive mindset.
Be intentional about how you prepare for bed each night by establishing a sleep schedule; avoiding exposure to any light-emitting screens approximately one to two hours before turning in; limiting sugary snacks and heavy meals close to bedtime; and keeping your bedroom cool, dark, and quiet.
